FirstMRI Welcomes Jody Roberts
FirstMRI announces the addition of Jody Roberts to their Bangor-based diagnostic imagingpractice. Jody brings over 15 years of sales, customer service, and management experience in the healthcare, financial, and government sectors. As marketing representative, Jody’s responsibilities at FirstMRI include outreach to the larger medical community, diagnostic imaging education, and assisting medical practices with their MRI referral process and related insurance precertification.
Prior to joining FirstMRI, Jody was a manager at athenahealth, Inc. in their client support center and enrollment departments, helping medical professionals prepare for and adapt to changes related to the HITECH Act. As a pharmaceutical sales rep, he won numerous awards by driving sales and helping patients gain access to disease-specific medications. He has served Maine communities as the Emergency Services Director for the Pine Tree Chapter of the American Red Cross.
Jody graduated from the University of Maine and is passionate about healthcare, technology, and serving others. In his free time Jody loves spending time outdoors with his family and animals at the lake.
